Baked these for Christmas thanks to Gastro Girl! (http://gastrogirl.tumblr.com/) They turned out ok. I left them in the oven too long, so the outside was hard, but once you bit into them they were fluffly (not as fluffy as I wanted). Practice makes perfect though, so I’m definitely going to bake this at least 3 more times.
